HIPAA Consideration
As a curator of consumer health data, EPIGENE Phase 1 does not fall within HIPPA’s covered entities. Any aspects of EPIGENE Phase 2-4 and beyond that fall within HIPAA considerations will be clearly communicated to our customers.
